My Way To Destress

Nowadays people get stress easily due to
- family problem
- education problem
- financial problem
- relationship problem
- beauty problem (skin)

My way to handle stress is by doing these following things

- Eat, eat, eat and eat =.= *better not*
- Listening to songs
- Going out with friends
-Shout my lungs out at the beach
- Keep my mouth shut
- Window Shopping
- Squeezing my dolls

I just feel like going out these days, someone bring me out please
friends i m calling 911 now =*(
